This two story townhouse, 980 ft sq, is located in a boutique resort with only 46 units called Mystic Springs. The complex features the largest outdoor swimming pool in Canmore, giant hot tub, and a beautiful inner courtyard.

Our front row unit is south facing with a mountain view from the Master Bedroom. There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs and the kitchen, living room and dining room downstairs. The space features beautiful high vaulted ceilings and mountain views. 10 minute walk to downtown Canmore and 20 minute drive to Banff.

SWIMMING POOL & HOT TUB

Located in the center of the courtyard is a gated pool. The is factually the largest outdoor pool in Canmore. It is heated and open year-round, from 8am to 10pm. There is also a giant 25 person hot tub. Pool towels are provided at the unit.

Park Pass

Park Pass is provided for your convenience, and you are welcome to use it for the duration of your stay. It is required for visitors to the national parks, including Banff National Park. We provide a complimentary bear spray as well.

In the unit

You enter the unit via a private keyless entrance. The open concept kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils and dishes. It features granite countertops and modern stainless steel appliances. There is an oversized fridge, glass stove, oven, microwave, and a dishwasher. There is a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, and more. The dining room table seats 6 people comfortably. There is a shared BBQ and picnic tables outside in the inner courtyard for your enjoyment.

The living room has large fold-out sofa, a 55" TV with access to Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime, there is also an electric fireplace. You can walk out of the living room onto an outside patio with lounging chairs where you to enjoy the incredible mountain views and relax after a busy day of exploring.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Master bedroom has a king size bed, attached en-suite bathroom, 50" TV, and true mountain views (see photos). Separated by a long corridor is the guest bedroom with two double beds with a full bathroom right outside the door in the hallway. There is an extra fold-out queen size sofa in the living room. Towels and bed linens are provided.

Back door leads to an outside patio with two lounging chairs, sit and enjoy incredible mountain views after a busy day of exploring. Front door opens onto spacious well-maintained courtyard with large outdoor heated pool, hot tub, picnic tables, and shared BBQs.

For your comfort

Independent Heating and Air Conditioning not shared with other units. Free dedicated high-speed WiFi, Park Pass and Bear Spray are provided.

Pets

Paws are welcome with prior notice when included on the booking. There are plenty of dog paths, pet friendly parks, even a dog friendly coffee place nearby.

Parking

Parking is free and unassigned on a first come first serve basis. There are shared laundry facilities just steps from the front door in the pool house.

The space

The entire unit is yours to enjoy. Private contact-free entry, accessible via pin pad. There is a separate air system from neighboring units.

Located in the inner courtyard swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ's, picnic tables, and laundry area are shared.

Guest access

Heated Pool and Hot Tub are open year-round. Pool is gated, there is no lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk.

Other things to note

• Parking is available in the resort lot on first come first serve basis with additional parking available on the street if required.

• Quiet Hours 10PM - 7AM. No parties please.

• Smoking is not permitted in the unit.

• Pets are not allowed in the courtyard - there is a wooded area behind the parking lot where you can take your dog for a walk.

• Both bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs.
